Today we will achieve the following LEARNING OUTCOMES :-
Students will be able to -

1. Prepare a temporary mount of ONION root tip.
2. State the characteristics observed in each stages of MITOTIC CELL DIVISION.



GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

1. Write the practical in your practical files.

2. Draw diagrams adjacent to the observation written for that particular stage.

3. Complete all the pending work of previously covered experiments.

4. There is short YouTube video link sent along in this blog . Kindly check if it is working , otherwise report to me i'll send you the video link separate.

Open to pages 43 , 44 & 45 of the Comprehensive Lab Manual. 
Write in the following order :
i. AIM
ii. Apparatus ---{ general & Glassware }
iii. Theory [ Introduction  is missing , so here write observation first paragraph along with dig. 6.2]
iv. Procedure 
v.  Observation along with diagrams on blank side from Fig.6.3
vi. Result
vii. Precautions
